They are perfect for building upper body swimming strength and are very useful to combine with the buoyancy shorts.

After testing many different types of swimming paddle, Zone3 have chosen this set as they are not too big or too small. The contoured shape maximizes the effect on the freestyle water catch positions and minimizes any disruption to the stroke technique, therefore reducing risk of injury.
