Skiing is a dynamic and physically demanding sport that requires precision, control, and comfort. Your ski boots are the direct link between your body and your skis, making them a crucial component of your skiing equipment.

Group Skis at Eldora
All through the winter, join us at Eldora on Friday mornings for a group uphill ski! Open to all ability levels and free of charge, it's the perfect way to meet like-minded people who enjoy the uphill just as much as the downhill. All of our group skis are led by knowledgeable members of our staff, meaning you get to leave the planning to us - just come meet new friends and enjoy the ski.
We meet at 7am in front of the Indian Peaks Lodge and ski one to two laps depending on available time and the pace of the group. An Eldora uphill pass is required, along with this Essential Gear (below). Please read our Group Ski Guidelines (below) before attending.

Group Ski | Guidelines
Show up on time and prepared! Don’t rely on others for gear, and don’t keep the group waiting. Be ready to support yourself with extra layers, snacks, and water.
Follow all directions given by the group ski leader. They are there to help you stay safe, and facilitate a great experience for everyone in the group.
On the way up, stay to one side of the trail, out of the way of skiers coming down.
On the way down, ski within your own ability level. Skiing fast is fun, going to the ER is not.
Be respectful and courteous of other skiers. Remember that you are out there representing both yourself and Full Cycle, so be polite when interacting with other skiers.
Have fun! We all ski for the love of the sport, so don’t forget to bring the stoke.
Group Ski: Cancellation Policy
Full Cycle Group Skis at Eldora are dependent on Eldora Uphill Access being open for the day. If Eldora Uphill Access is closed, we cannot host a ski.
If it is below 0°F or wind gusts are forecasted above 40mph, we will cancel our ski even if uphill is open for the day.
