Whether you want to rent a bike while you’re in town, demo a bike before you buy, rent a wetsuit for your next triathlon, or do a self-guided tour of our recommended local routes, we have a wide range of rentals and tour options available to you!

Moots Cycles has been hand making titanium frames in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, since the early 1980s.
We've partnered with Moots to offer you the opportunity to demo a Moots road, gravel, or mountain bike.

Bike Rental FAQs
You will receive more information about your rental upon booking.
What's included in my rental?
Helmets, pedals, fix-a-flat kit, bike map, and lock (upon request) are included in your rental.
Is insurance included?
No, insurance is not included. You can insure your bike rental for an extra $30 or wetsuit rental for an extra $5 (highly recommended). All bikes are checked upon return by both the rental team and service team. All bikes are also checked on pickup by the rental team.
When can I pick up my bike?
Pick-up for rentals starts at 12pm on Monday, 10am Tuesday-Friday and 9am on weekends.
When can I drop off my bike?
Drop-off by 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Drop-off by 4:30pm Saturday and Sunday.
What happens if I drop off the bike late?
A late fee of $15 will be charged to your card on file.
What if I need to cancel my reservations?
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours before the date of pickup. A $20 cancellation fee (per bike, per day) will be charged to your card on file for cancellations within 48 hours of pickup. For day-of cancellations, you will be charged the full amount.
Can I apply my rental fee towards the purchase of a new bike?
Yes, you may apply up to 2 days of your rental fees towards the purchase of a new bike within 30 days of your rental. By signing the waiver you agree to these terms, which are also stated in the waiver. If you have any questions please ask the rental team.

I'm participating in a race. Can I just do a one-day rental?
No. For events such as Ironman 70.3 or any other race that happens in the morning before our shop opens, you MUST do a two-day rental for the day you plan to pick up your bike our wetsuit and for the day of your event. Early-pickup will not guarantee that your rental is available when you come to pick it up the day before an event.
