love the maestro suspension design it soaks up every thing and ask's for more this wheel size IMO is the best easier around switch backs I changed wheels to some thing lighter and bike weighs 28.5 with dropper post amazing how this bike soaks up baby head rocks also upgraded to 150 mm pike best fork ever brakes work great buy this bike..you wont find a better bike for price......
I ride this bike about 2 to 3 times a week on advanced technical trails and I am very happy with the way the bike rides. The bike has a very good build for the price and the frame is light and durable. I was unimpressed by the stock wheels because of their weight and engagement but they are bombproof. I tried to ruin them by riding hard and hitting as much sketchy stuff as I could to get an earlier upgrade and they took it like a champ (they are sitting in my garage now with just minor scratches and function as a spare just in case I destroy my new wheels). I ended up putting industry nines torch trail wheel on and the bike is just amazing now. The only other modification was a conversion to 1x10 and carbon cranks with a narrow wide chainring. If you don't have the means to buy a higher end bike but want a frame you can upgrade over time I recommend this bike. My build is currently at a little over 27lbs with pedals. The only other thing I plan on changing is the suspension, while the stock suspension is great and has taken me even through the trails in North Georgia (a lot of downhill) I really want something I can adjust as the day progresses and the climbs turn to descents.
